For12bars at60g each, the calculated net food mass is720g. For12at55g, it is660g. A10bar box with52g bars is520g. These are label-based multiplications, not scale measurements.
Keep shipping weight out
Shipping or gross weight can include the box and wrappers. It is unsuitable as the denominator for a net-food price comparison or a calculation of labeled protein.
