Keep the serving definition

The selected Quest source states1bar60g and21g protein. Barebells lists55g and20g protein. RXBAR’s selected10pack lists52g serving mass and12g protein. These are different food formulations and portions.

Keep format changes visible

A mini, wafer, crispy or regular bar in the same brand can have a different serving definition. Do not attach the full-size protein number to a smaller wrapper simply because the flavor name looks familiar.

Do not turn it into advice

A higher labeled number does not establish the best snack for an individual or guarantee athletic results. We do not recommend a personal serving count, meal replacement or daily protein target.

A useful record to keep

The selected serving definition should travel with every nutrient value you copy. If a label says one bar, retain that bar’s mass and flavor. A small-format bar should not inherit a regular bar’s protein amount. Do not add another product’s nutrients to make a comparison row look complete when the actual source is missing.

Before you decide

  • Keep exact SKU,flavor, count and current label
  • Separate net food grams from protein grams
  • Refresh checkout and retain unresolved source differences
